Miles Ahead Network, Inc. Service Agreement

Miles Ahead Network, Inc., a licensed wholesale car dealer and vehicle donation
processor, shall provide all services related to the collection and sale of donated
vehicles on behalf of your nonprofit.

This agreement confirms that Miles Ahead Network, Inc. is approved to operate a
vehicle donation and marketing program in conjunction with your organization.

Upon review and acknowledgement of your nonprofit’s 501 (c) (3) and EIN, the parties agree as follows:

Miles Ahead Network, Inc. will provide the following services:

All arrangements and management of the program including towing, receipt
distribution, title transfer, sale at auction and distribution of sale proceeds to your nonprofit.
A toll-free phone line to facilitate donations.
Pickup and storage of your vehicles.

Nonprofit agrees to the following:

Allow Miles Ahead Network, Inc to review your 501 (c) (3) letter and EIN provided to verify tax-exempt status.
To partner with Miles Ahead Network, Inc. to promote this car
donation fundraising program.
Partner is responsible for acknowledging donated vehicles and sending
applicable tax deduction documentation to donors.
